N4 Module - Organise local events

At our Region Conference in 2003, Patrols were asked to choose a module from the Australian Adult Leadership Program and prepare a presentation on some aspects of the module. Here is the Patrol presentation on the day of specific clauses of module N4 Organise local events. The instructions given to the Patrol are here.

To Do List

  • Notes for each District
  • Preparation meetings - one leader from each District, to be held October, November and early February
  • Meet with the Trefoil Guild to discuss lunch arrangements
  • Decide on location of the event
  • Ask Senior Guide Units to run activities, e.g. screen printing/face painting/craft
  • Nominate a District to arrange the Junior BP presentation ceremony
  • Each District to bring their own First Aid kit
